If we can help it, we avoid the centre of E-town at all costs! Why? Like most town centres in De Sud Afrique, ours is filthy and is filled with what seems like the entire population of E.L walking about on the streets interfering with traffic flow. Really not the most pleasant experience to drive through it, but when we do HAVE to (like yesterday when we took Goldlux to be serviced), we LOVE reading all the hilarious names of shops. They're mostly made up of a combination of languages, or they are ironic and contain spelling errors. Call us simple, but this provides great entertainment for us! HAHAHA! Looks like our Municipality need to learn something from their own sign. It would be great if we could trust them...to collect our rubbish once a week, keep the centre litter-free, mow lawns and trim trees... not asking too much right?
